UNIBOARD® USA LLC FINALIZES THE SALE OF ITS MDF AND PARTICLEBOARD FACILITIES LOCATED IN MONCURE, NC
Moncure, North Carolina, January 24, 2012 – Uniboard® USA LLC, a North American leader in engineered wood products announced today that it has successfully finalized the sale of its facilities located in Moncure, North Carolina to a subsidiary of Paneles Arauco. Uniboard® had entered into an agreement with Arauco to sell the Moncure facilities on December 29, 2011.
