Uniboard is looking for an Commercial Representative and Specifications for his head office but the role is located in Toronto.
 

The representative leads, develops and increases sales of Uniboard. He ensures brand loyalty and promotes value-added products to national accounts, major developers and architectural/design firms to increase sales. He is responsible for sales activities and managing the needs of our customers and prospects in his region

Your daily Tasks:

  • Develops and implements strategies to achieve and increase sales in the short, medium and long term in its territory
  • Negotiates, concludes, obtains and ensures the realization of the specification of our products with the national accounts having places of business in its territory
  • Works in harmony with the developers of client-manufacturers so that Uniboard products are included in their current and future selections
  • Represents and actively develops business relationships by organizing presentations and other promotional activities with major developers, architectural firms and designers in order to position Uniboard upstream of projects
  • He is always on the lookout for profitable opportunities and new markets; works closely with the Territory Sales Manager and his representatives to find all relevant opportunities
  • Acts as a liaison, supports the parties in the essential stages of project development
  • Ensures our presence in places where the products are demonstrated like showrooms, sales offices or others, always with a view to solidifying our partnership and increasing its sales
  • Assists in the development of sales and marketing strategies. Sharing with members of management key information related to the market and region, trends and competition

Expectations:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in our industry or similar
  • Demonstrated experience and success with architectural and designer firms and you have a network of contacts that reflects your achievements
  • Results-oriented, you organize your work efficiently and ensure close follow-up on the progress of files
  • Good communicator, diplomatic, understands needs and acts tactfully according to levels of intervention
  • Teamwork
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Preferably bilingual
  • Home office with travel
