Uniboard and Unilin enter into Settlement and Cross License Agreement
Laval, November 26, 2008 – Pergo, Uniboard and Unilin have entered into a Settlement and Cross License Agreement to settle all outstanding disputes between the parties relating to the parties mechanical joint, bevel, molding and surface technologies. As a consequence the parties will withdraw the legal actions pending against each other.
The parties are happy to have found a mutually beneficial solution that recognizes the strong patent portfolio of each party and that further support each other’s licensing strategy.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the specific terms of the settlement.
