Leadership Program

Some employees have the opportunity to take part in our Leadership Program. Uniboard^® Academy’s leadership program allows selected participants to experience various situations that they have to resolve by using their abilities, their strengths and their confidence. Participants not only learn how to improve, they also develop a need to demonstrate their new skills.

What changes does the Leadership Program bring?

When employees start with the program, participants have a simple daily question to ask themselves:

“What do I have to get done today?” A few weeks later, they now ask themselves: “How can I contribute and make a difference for Uniboard^®?”
